The STC aims to be at the forefront of knowledge and insight generation for the manufacturing industry in Türkiye and globally, as well as helping establish the strategic partnerships needed to bring about profound change within the long-term. It also aims to complement the existing capacity development programs being conducted by ICI and its partner organizations, particularly with regards to foresight generation for the future of the manufacturing industry.

In addition to the horizon scanning and foresight analyses that it conducts , the STC also covers functions such as strategic agenda support and policy advocacy. Furthermore, it also aims to become a key actor within the innovation space, through the funds that it manages to provide financing to high-potential entrepreneurs within manufacturing.
